Equipment Relocation
Strategic Force Solution offers customized scalable solutions to fit your budget. SFS Computer Relocation Services includes moving network resources, ranging from small, medium and large offices to Data Centers. We offer secure turnkey solutions when moving network devices, servers, work stations, laptops, and peripherals. Our certified consultants specialize in LAN security Network Assurance, IP Telephony, and Infrastructure design and implementation.
Our Moving Process
- Coordinate with in-house staff on when to initiate move procedures
- Inventory of equipment
- Initiate shut down and disconnect
- Package equipment "Servers, server racks, UPS, etc..."
- Laptops - in-house personnel verify inventory and lock steel cage with their own locks
- We transport equipment to the new location.
- Upon arrival Inventory is verified by Project Manager and team.
- Unpack re-assemble and reconnect equipment
- Power on and test all systems before handing back operation of systems to in-house staff

Cabling
SFS has extensive experience in the installation of voice and data cabling, including Cat3, Cat5 enhanced, Cat6 and fiber optic cabling. While we typically provide voice & data cable runs in union buildings, we can provide this service without equipment installation.
SFS knows that over the years the Ethernet cables and documentation in your environment can become tangled and mislabeled; as a result, this costs the company time in billable hours and slows down your IT team's efforts to resolve related problems quickly. No worries! SFS will be glad to install new cabling or re-wire your company's infrastructure providing up to date documentation about your systems.
Cables are neatly run from incoming telephone and fiber lines through routers, HUBs to Ethernet Jacks utilizing efficient cable management systems. This service can be provided in the evenings outside of production hours with NO extra cost.
Telephony
SFS and Partner provide sales, installation and maintenance of Avaya, Nortel and Panasonic telephone system. We install voice and data cabling, fiber optics, VoIP networks, call accounting and call recording.
We also provide IP telephony, contact center CRM and messaging software, hardware, strategy design, implementation and maintenance as well as the benefits of our key industry alliances. We specialize in designing and implementing contact centers and VoIP networks.
